There are six known causes:

Prostatitis

This is caused by inflammation of the prostrate gland. It would be painful and be accompanied by these other symptoms - pain when urinating, pain when ejaculating, difficulty urinating and discomfort around the pelvis, bottom, lower genitals and lower back.

It is caused mostly by a bacteria infection, which can be treated by a doctor by antibiotics.

Epididymitis

This is caused by a bacterial inflammation. The main and most common bacteria causing this is E. Coli. This bacteria can come from two things- A) The urinary tract back-flowing into the reproductive tract. B) Not cleaning the penis properly after anal sex (The anus is the perfect breeding ground for E.Coli bacteria).

It can also be caused by the chlamydia and gonorrhoea sexually transmitted diseases.

As for treatment you'll have to see a doctor, because it depends which is causing the issue for the patient.

Hemophilia

A genetic condition which prevents blood from clotting properly. It is rare to find this condition affecting semen. Hemophilia can be treated with blood clotting drugs, but is usually noticed in childhood.

Trauma

A kick, punch or massive force applied to the genital area can case internal bleeding, which will leak into the urine. Men who prefer to be dominated during sex can easily develop internal bleeding from the rough acts. The internal bleeding should be investigated by a doctor immediately. It is very difficult for the body to heal internal bleeds by itself.

Cancer

Prostrate or testes cancer can cause a bleed, which can leak into urine. Get checked right away. The faster you get checked, the better, because cancer, if that is the cause, spreads every day,

Sexually Transmitted Disease

If left untreated for a long period, chlamydia and gonorrhoea will eventually cause blood to be leaked into the genitals and therefore the urine.

Herpes can cause internal ulcers almost immediately, which can bleed, causing blood to leak into the urine.

Either way, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. The cause could be minor or it could be major - only way to be sure id to get it seen to.

Avoid having sexual intercourse. Blood is very infectious, many conditions in blood can be passed on to others through contamination. you need to contact everybody you have come into sexual contact with and insist they be checked. Having intercourse while knowingly having a suspected STD is a criminal offence and will result in jail.

Please see a doctor, do not be embarrassed, they deal with these things every day, there isn't a single type of penis they haven't seen.

Getting tested for STDs is almost painless. The only discomfort you might experience is the needle point used to collect blood. Not every screening for STDs involved a blood test, though.

What could cause bleeding in your urine and stool?

Blood in your urine could be because of some sort of STD you may have acquired, or from a injury to your kidney, or from a bleeding ulcer. As for your stool, you could have a bleeding ulcer, or an Anal Fisher, which happens when you attempt to pass a bowel movement that is too hard or large to "smoothly" pass through your anus. The brighter the blood, the closer it is at the opening of your anus, while the darker it is the closer to your insides it is. You can also get Anal Fishers from Anal Sex without proper lubricants, or from a male with a large enough penis to cause a tearing of your rectum.

Alcohol before surgery?

Most of the surgeons that I know run HIV, UDS (urine drug screens), blood alcohol, and other tests for STD's to protect themselves from infections and from malpractice suits.

Is golden Shower safe?

Urine is sterile, assuming no urinary tract infection. HIV is not shed in urine of HIV infected persons. There might be a theoretical risk of STD transmission as the urine picks up traces of chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, etc passing over genital tissues. But to my knowledge nobody has ever acquired an STD by exposure to urine.

How do you you get STD?

STDs are determined via visual examination, swabs for DNA tests, urine tests, and blood tests.Blood tests, urine tests, and cultures are taken for STD testing. Some are blood test while others are urine. Some take samples from genitals with a swab.STD tests can be blood, urine, and cultures. One (or more) of the following may be used: a culture, urine sample, blood test, and visual inspection. It takes about thirty minutes. They will do a physical examination and collect bodily fluids. It is common that you are tested for HIV, Hep B, Hep C, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Trichomonas and Herpes. An STI test is done to check for a sexually transmitted infection. A patient will need to avoid using the washroom for 90 minutes prior to the test. Both a urine and a blood sample will be taken.health clinic. It depends on what you're looking for. People often asked me to be tested for 'EVERYTHING.' I am not even talking about STD. They just wanted to be tested for everything, period. Obviously, you can't be tested for everything because we don't know everything and we don't have tests for everything. Even if we did, it would be prohibitively expensive to test for everything. So, like gambling, we bet for the most common one. So, common STI tests are Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HIV, Hepatitis, and Syphilis. These are normally done by blood tests, urine sample, or cotton swab of the genitals. The doctor will check for a STI via urine test, blood test, or culture (swab).STD tests can be done on vaginal discharge, urine, blood, penile discharge, and cerebrospinal fluid. They can be completed with DNA testing, culture, direct microscopic exam with or without staining, antibody testing, or gross visual examination. You have to go to a doctor and the doctor will kmow what tests to use.
