No, because uranus have the coldest atmosphere in the solar system and high of -200F in ground. Uranus is actually made by gas not solid. Life seem impossible to live in that condition with ony ice, hydrogen, methaine gas, molecular hydrogen, and ammonia hydrosulfide.
