Of course it is possible. Atheists reject belief in supernatural beings but that does not mean they could not fall in love with someone with other beliefs. The real test of course would be how extreme a person's belief is. If your belief led you to behave in a way I considered immoral or inapporpriate then the relationship would probably fail. Regardless of if the reason for it was religious or not.
Iam not sure of wiccan practices so i'l use a christian example. If I dated a christian I would not be attending church with them on a Sunday ever. If the could accept I did not want to attend as I would have to accept that they did the relationship may work.....
