To apply for an Employment-Based Green Card, a foreign applicant must be sponsored by a qualifying U.S. employer who files Form I-140.
BY paying additional fee of $100 to USCIS I-140 process will be done within 15 calender days of receipt. But once the form is approved until priority date is current you cannot proceed further to either file I-485 or consular processing and hence it doesn't speed up the process of getting a green card.Unless self petitioned only attorney or employer can file for premium processing using Form I-907.
