Not necessarily the name on your passport or birth certificate. So, you are at liberty to call yourself anything you like as long as it is not for any criminal intent. If you did not changed your passport when you got married then there is very little to stop you simply using your birth name again. If you did change your passport then you'll have to contact the passport office. I suspect that a Deed Poll might suffice, but I'm only guessing.
