Yes
No, but it should be.
Yes, if his status is brought to the attention of the immigration authorities.
Adultery is not illegal - the man will not be prosecuted.
It isn't viable because it isn't developed enough to survive outside of the pregnant woman's body. It can only survive at that time because it is stealing nutrients, air, blood, and things from the pregnant woman's body. A fetus uses the woman's body for life support.
Yess she can be deported , whether voluntarily is another point. It depends where 'here' is and what her nationalality is, and the rules and regulations of 'here'.
You still have violated immigration laws- the answer is no.
No. Once pregnant, a woman can't get pregnant-er.
No; a woman will not ovulate if she is pregnant.
Actually Hitting anyone is illegal whether male or female pregnant or not, However there are more severe charges that can be brought against a person for hitting a pregnant woman if the fetus is killed, injured or put in jeopardy. There are also the laws governing ones own right to defend themselves against bodily harm, death or a precieved threat, such as if a pregnant woman attacks you with a knife,or a club you may be well with in your rights to hit her or if a pregnant woman attempts to rob a store or a home at gun point depending on the states laws the clerk/owner may be well with in their rights to use Deadly force without being prosecuted for the death or injury of a fetus..
He can get arrested for it since it's illegal to make death threats. The pregnancy is irrelevant.
i don't think being pregnant and illegal will stop immigration from deporting you.(she would probably be allowed to stay until given birth, if you claim right as a father to keep your child). if the woman does have the child before being deported, the child will be a citizen but does not stop mother from deportation, she may take the child with her or leave it behind. you may support this person, but this does not give her legal rights as a resident, you would have to file some paper work with immigration for her to have any legal status . you being married could cause some set back if wife oppose to it.
