One possibility is ulcerative cholitis or chrones disease. Another is extremly bad hemroids. But id say one of the first two probably. See a doc to confirm and if so dont take their meds. Research natural remedies instead. If you go the doc/medical route plan on gaining 100# on their medication with no real fix with the possibility of having a section of your colon removed.
