Seizures are caused by a misfiring in the brain, so as far as I know (and I've done exstensive research in the Autoimmune Disease area) no, it cannot. Seizures are not a symptom of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Some pain medications can cause seizures (like Tramadol) and many diseases affect the brain. (MS, Encephalitis, etc.) but I can pretty much assure you that Ankylosing Spondylitis does not.
