You may need to do a little research, and find the correct wire adapter. You will also need an adapter to make the stereo fit in the bay, but they are usually quite inexpensive, and look nice.
The biggest downside to the Monte Carlo (and other G-bodies) is the rear speakers, which are 4"x10". That's an odd size, but high quality aftermarket speakers are available. G-bodies do have a nice sized trunck, and there is a perfect spot for a subwoofer enclosure right behind the rear seat.
