Leopards run at about 60 kph. Usain Bolt, in a 100 meter sprint, managed nearly but not quite 45 mph at top speed. It's generally considered that humans are quite slow compared to most land mammals, but can in some cases make up for it over the long run with greater endurance (humans cool themselves by sweating, whereas most mammals cool themselves by panting).

Of course, "the long run" only matters if you're the predator, not the prey. A human hunting a leopard might eventually be able to catch it (due to superior endurance); a leopard hunting a human will almost always catch it (due to superior top speed).
