If your talking about the monsters from zammy, sara, bandos, armadyl sides, yes they will attack you if you don't wear a piece of each. If you want to camp at avansies...just get a amadyl pendant from quest(or bandos tie thing), and sara hood(ranger item). Then just camp there. :) Forgot to add, bring bones to peaches tabs, picking up bones and turning them to peaces for food.
