skulduggery pleasant is back with his old skull (its does sound very weird) and valkyrie finds out that she is darqussest (the one who is gonna destroy the whole world). valkyrie doesn't want to tell skulduggery because she doesn't know how he would react. all the remmants that were inside the midnight hotel are now lose and causing all sorts of trouble (the neromacers are mainly to blame for this) and soon they begin to believe that valkyrie is their savor and will do anything to get her to destroy the world. not only are the remmants lose, but they are infiltrating all the top government and Sanctuary people, even the grand mage isn't safe. this is just very brife outline of the plot, because i don't wanna give the whole story away!

You can only really see that he likes her in skullduggery pleasant 4, dark days. He might of like Valkyrie in Skullduggery Pleasant 3, the faceless ones, but you don't see it. In number 4 you can actually see written on page 398 in Dark days that Valkyrie trys to kiss him, but fails miserably. Also on the bottom of page 404 in Dark days again, the book says: "I'm with fletcher," valkyrie said quickly. Skullduggery turned his hear to her and didn't say anything. "We're together, kind of a boyfriend/girlfriend thing,". This is true, and I'm not making it up, by the way. It's a good series, and anyone who hasn't got it should buy it.

Yes there is going to be a 6th skulduggery book and i think it happens like this:tanith gets the remmant out of her because of doctor nye and the remmant escapes into the city. so when valkyrie is with skulduggery or anyone while the reflection is activated the remmant goes inside the reflection and that becomes darquesse and u might think that the reflection isn't real but its came to life since they shot it. because remember when the reflection was tellin valkyrie about how she will destroy the world, well that tells she have a conscience and she is real.
