Probably could but ultimately would need photo's. One of the clearest and easy signs to tell if this is factory engraving is the serial no is engraved vs stamped. If it's not engraved fancy and fit into the design it's not factory and there's not going to be much anything anyone can tell you other then the age based on the serial or if after 1920 based on the date code. As for inlay into the wood that's simply not factory.

Timney makes a great aftermarket trigger for the Remington model 700,that will fit your Remington model 722 rifle.
It is the 100th Anniversary Edition for Remington's making of the 870 pump shotgun. It runs for around $1200 and is a limited edition item. The Premier Dealer Wingmaster also has engravings on each side and a gold trigger. It has semi-fancy claro walnut stock and forearm.
The 870 Remington shotgun used to be a popular candidate for a "release" trigger.
There is no trigger pull for an R700, since it is an imaginary firearm in the video game Call of Duty. It is based on the Remington 700 rifle. The trigger for an actual Remington may be adjusted between 6 and 2.5 lbs.

There are no factory engraved doves on a sweet 16. The only exception would be a high grade that was a special order gun. It could have been done by somebody else. Please state the serial number and condition of the gun and re-ask the question. Explain the dove as well.
The 770 is a budget grade HUNTING rifle, and was never intended for precision shooting. I am not aware of an aftermarket trigger made for this rifle- it would likely cost more than the rifle sold for. The factory set up is what it is- a good 250 yard deer rifle.
The value will be mainly determined by engraving. Who did it? Is it factory or aftermarket? Was it special ordered? Any accessories come with it? What type of wood used in the stock? Value range could be 100-1000 USD or more.
No requirement that it has to be.
