There are two kinds of insurance in a condominium community: a master policy that covers all the real estate assets owned in common, and an HO-6 policy that an individual owner carries to insure that unit.Your board can supply you with a copy of the master policy and you can produce the HO-6 policy. Take both to the mortgage company and ask them to help you understand what they need to see.If the mortgage company needs additional information from your board or about the association, your board can help you find the answer.
maybe. what r ur questions
Probably the most simple way is to visit a mortgage company site; more often than not, they will have a section dedicated to a mortgage calculator. All you need you is information on your mortgage and from there it is as simple as plugging in the numbers. Additionally, this section of the site can further be broken up to help answer any questions that you might have such as 'Should I refinance?'. It ultimately helps you answer your own questions based off the results you get after plugging in the numbers, so you don't even need to contact anyone at the company itself if your questions do not go beyond what you see in the results. It should a very fast and simple process that could be done in one sitting as long as the site you are on has a mortgage calculator.
Anyone can answer questions and share knowledge. You don't need to be an expert. All anyone needs is a willingness to help.
A mortgage calculator will definitely help you determine your mortgage payment. The calculator will help you decide what mortgage is right for you by allowing you to see what types are out there and the current interest rate.
