Yes anyone can use the Bowflex treadclimber. It is very easy to understand and you do not have to be an accomplished athlete to use this equipment. I would recommend taking it easy for the first little while you get used to the machine.
I use my Jeep as a hill climber. My buddy, David, is a rock climber.
Not really i would go with a resistance machine instead, like bowflex.
The original bowflex does not use pulley machines or conventional weights. The bowflex revolution barely differs from it's predecessor. It is just an opportunity to spend more money.

Because Bowflex is expensive I would recommend starting with a gym membership until you have convinced yourself that this approach is one you will continue to use.
The main differences between using a Bowflex machine and free weights for strength training are that Bowflex machines provide resistance through a system of rods or bands, while free weights use gravity as resistance. Bowflex machines are generally easier to use and require less coordination, but free weights allow for more natural movement patterns and engage stabilizing muscles for a more comprehensive workout.

You can use a quarter to test tread wear on your tires. Insert the quarter into the tread grooves; if you can see the top of George Washington's head, your tread is too worn, and it's time to replace the tires. Ideally, you want the tread to cover part of the quarter, indicating sufficient depth for safe traction. Regularly checking your tire tread can help ensure safe driving conditions.
