Can anything bad happen when you get the top of your ear pierced?

Well if it's done by a piercing gun lots can go wrong. If it's done by a professional body piercer the problems are much less. Piercing guns are not to be used to pierce anything other than ear lobes so that being said in the hands of a pro following the aftercare you should have no issues.

Maybe. I got the top of my ear pierced when i was 11 with the gun. It shattered the cartlidge and i was in the hospital for 3 days. no joke. As long as you get it done with a neddle and go to a tatoo place it should be fine. Don't get your ears pierced with a gun.

Well see , i got muh top pierced when i was 13 with the gun at the mall. Me and muh friend wanted it done and im fifteen right now and its still pierced and perfectly fine. Buht muh friends ear got messed up. She had to take hers out and now she as two bubbles and she got hers done twice buht i think people should geht it done with a needle, just in case something happens to yuh !!!

Well, I got the top of my ear pierced yesterday. It don't hurt getting it done it's a little pinch but later on it kills if you touch it. Everyones saying don't do it with a gun i did & it seems to be okay. Every night just do it with salt and warm water.

getting the top of your ear pierced feels the same as that of your lobe.im 14 and got mine done the other day, hardly even felt it, it throbs as usual, but other than that its painless.
