Scientific information is generally determined using inductive reasoning. An example of this would be: You are fishing in a lake. You catch 50 fish and all of them are bass. You then conclude that all of the fish in the lake are bass.
If you haven't actually caught all the fish in the lake, then you can't know for sure that all of the fish are bass, but if you take a larger and larger sample size, then you can become more certain.
For this reason, many things in science can not be conclusively proven.
Hypothesis are theories which are yet to be proven. They are proven when they are proved to be true as in experiments.
There is not necessarily "true science". There is just science. And false science is simply non science, that is clamed as science.Scientific method: A method of procedure that has characterized natural science since the 17th century, consisting in systematic observation, measurement, and experiment, and the formulation, testing, and modification of hypotheses. So, however limited a proven hypothesis is, it can always be improved by the same scientific method that brought the first one about. So, false science is, above all, not systematic. Or anything that can not be, ether proven, or disproven by the scientific method; and, or, by any other systematic reasoning.
Unlike religion, science need objective and strong evidence before giving credit to a theory as explanation of something. And anything that has been proven "true" can always be proven wrong by any other new theory which fits better or simoly be proven wrong.
that makes litraly no sence because science isent an object or force
all science is based on theory before proven as fact
Because all of science's theories are based on assumptions. Just study up on the Philosophy Of Science.
Yes.
Science is orderly knowledge proven by
it drives it; if no one was ever curious about anything, there wouldn't be a need for science.
Anything that cannot be proven by science.... A talking leaf, a flying frying pan.... :)
Something in science that has been proven & will most likely not be proven but every blue moon they might be proven again
Science is proven facts not opinions.
It is hard to say if Elyria High is haunted. Science has never proven anything supernatural to exist so it is doubtful.
All the time. Science is the act of questioning everything, including what you already think you know.
No. It is not a science.
experimentation.
