Not for long. They need water in order for their gills to work so that they can survive. Although they do take gulps of air through their mouth this gulping does not provide enough oxygen for them to survive . They can not live on land without first of all going through 'metamorphosis' which ends up with them being adult Salamanders. This 'metamorphosis' is very hard to induce and if successfull will result in a much shorter life span.
