Yes, that is assuming the stranger is a lactating woman. If a child drinks from a woman who is not its' mother there is no health danger. While breast milk is tailored to meet the specific needs of the child, there is enough good in breast milk to benefit any child who drinks it. This activity is commonly called cross nursing.
