well i'm pretty sure that no baby can have a baby unless you consider an older child a baby, either way no one can actually have babys. (girls) untill the start their mestrual cycle and the ovulate eggs. so its most likely imposible for any one to have babys with out ovulating/or mayby artificial insemination
but i really dought that the parent wold do thant, and it would indanger the baby's life
