there is a leaf called banaba that is far more effective. i have had Diabetes for 5 years now and ive tried everything. however while banaba is much stronger, so do be careful with it. 8-48mg no more, or you will become hypoglycemic. it is a natural remedy to hyperglycemics, and diabetics whos horomones are insane, such as mine (im 15). believe it or not, smoking banana leaves mixed with some banaba leaf is extremely beneficial as long as you have no Asthma or anything; while this is also relaxing, it is non addictive and will help your blood flow considerably.
