Yes ... maybe. An airsoft, BB, or pellet gun that is powered by compressed gas is not classified as a firearm (see USPS Publication 52, section 431.1a), and is specifically identified as being mailable (same pub., sect. 423.3g), but it may require the use of the USPS Adult Signature service for delivery. Even so, there may still exist other additional state or local laws that may regulate or restrict the shipment or delivery of any such items, and it is generally up to the sender to make sure that all such regulations are complied with.
