Budgies can breed all year round but i do not advice this because you will were out your females .If you do want them to breed in winter and sumer you divide your flight in 2 lets say you hade 20 pairs you would put 10 pairs on 1 side and 10 on the other 1 side you would put nests in and NO NESTS in the other so this means 6 months 10 pairs are breeding and 6 months the other 10 pairs are having a rest and then you switch around this means your always breeding .
