Bed Bugs cannot get INSIDE a water bed or else they would become dead bugs. However they can thrive in the cracks and spaces between the sheets and the bed and the bed and the frame. Not to mention throughout the room.

Once you get out you will see the bed bugs floating in your tub. If the bed bugs won't drown turn the water higher than the tempature you have been in. You might need to wash your bed or mattress for the bed bugs to get off, only if you don't have bed bugs on you. So make sure you clear yourself off before you soak or drown the bed bugs. Once you are done, you may sleep somewhere that doesn't include the bed bug infestation and you may also sleep on a couch.
