Yes, it might be possible that beg bugs damage the wires of your radio. Bed Bugs can cause a number of health effects including skin rashes, psychological effects and allergic symptoms. They are able to be infected by at least 28 human pathogens, but no study has clearly found that the insect is able to transmit the pathogen to a human being. Bed bug bites or silicosis may lead to a range of skin manifestations from no visible effects to prominent blisters. Diagnosis involves both finding bed bugs and the occurrence of compatible symptoms. Treatment involves the elimination of the insect but is otherwise symptomatic.

Yes it is perfectly possible so long as they do not get zapped in there by electric voltage. You see Bedbugs will find a day time hiding place close to where somebody sleeps and this could be in some item of furniture very close to your bed. So if you have a TV close to your bed and there is no easily accessible dark crevice or fold nearer, such as if your mattress has a protector over it, that could be where they will hide, only coming out and into your bed for 5 or 10 minutes during darkness while you are asleep for a meal from your blood. After feeding they could well go back into the TV after the brief night time visit on to you and perhaps lay their eggs in there.
