Absolutely not. Moral behavior is a choice each person makes for themselves. The motive for making moral choices vary from person to person but whatever their reason, moral people make these choices of their own free will and conversely, immoral people make their choices with their own free will.
When a person is young or naive, their choices can be influenced by others but after some mistakes, a learning process, they are expected to be responsible for their own choices. That's called maturity. Morality is never a matter of luck.
