As you may know cranberry juice is a common household remedy for cleansing the urinary tract. juice that comes straight from the fruit has lots of antioxidants if it has not been contaminated with processed sugars and such. It is natural and should not have any affect on your bowel movenments. If this is happening to you, you probably have a unique disease if they start becoming bloody you should probably consult your doctor. Good luck

One does not usually ingest radioactive isotopes, however if one did I expect the initial effect (if you were not poisoned by the elements concerned) would be to for the radiation (alpha or beta) damage the tissues in contact with the isotopes. This would cause them to bleed and the blood would indeed cause the stool to be dark. However, that would be just the start of your problems.
