No, but the blood isn't that bad in Halo Reach anyway. When you shoot someone who has there energy shield down, a minor blood spill will happen. The blood stays on the ground for a bit before it dissolves into nothing. The only bad thing are hunters. The only way to kill them is by shooting there backs where they have an opening behind their armor. When you shoot them a lot of orange alien blood will fall out.
