Assuming you mean a blue-tongued skink, highly unlikely. Blue-tongues feed on insects, berries, fungi and plants, so they really don't require much jaw pressure or large teeth. A bite would probably hurt, maybe break the skin, but it shouldn't do any serious damage.

It really depends on its size if its big might take off a finger if its a baby like mine it dose not hurt but if he or she bites if its a baby boy it girl human it would still hurt a little kid so if there's a big blue tung lizard in your backyard get your mum or dad they will handle it
