Can bone regrow after 6 years i had abad break in lower leg which left a bone de tatched now after 6 years it seems to have joined again?

Absolutely. Bones heal themselves. The cast that doctors put on a broken appendage is just to hold the limb in place so that it will regrow properly; they're not actually fixing anything, as your bones do that on their own.
You're very lucky that the bones seem to have joined correctly, though, since they could have joined crooked or sideways without a proper cast.
