A red tie, because cream is neutral and brown is a Red based color.

Black shoes would be suiteable for a white suit
Yes, a cream or off white man's suit looks terrific with cedar colored shoes, but those kinds of suits are very hard to keep clean, since any dirt will show up very conspicuously.

You can wear a suit without a tie for an interview. It looks formal if you select suits that are light colored, colors such as grey, cream etc.
Brown pinstripe suit with either a dark blue or white shirt, brown striped or brown with blue swirls tie, brown coat and cream converse. Blue suit with a white shirt and maroon tie and maroon converse.
cream is neutral so any color tie can be matched with it, but certain colors work better depending on the color pants/suit you have.
Lavender. It matches your eyes.
A skirt suit, like any other suit, varies in price based on style, brand, and quality. They can range anywhere from $20 to over $50 based on where the suit is purchased.
answer.....maybe. See, the cream colored suit is meant for spring-summer wear (think memorial day to labor day) and generally after 6 pm(although this "fact" is disputable). Paired with the correct shirt and tie you might could pull it off in october....also, if the material is thick enough. Remember, cream and white colored suits are a tropic style and usually made of cotton, Lennin and are light weight for heat reflief....bottom line, I wouldn't do it but, I have a dark brown for fall/winter. Try to go with a darker shirt and tie and see how you feel...your eyes and brain will let you know if it is gonna be do-able.
