There is nothing in it that should make one test positive - That being said it can - in extreamly large doses. Why?? I don't know - I have friends who have tested positive on probation - upon looking it up I realized that all the people who claim to have the false positive have either recently started the drug or taken a large dose (an attempt to get high - which is weird and short-lived <I tried it>) So the answer is yes - but as for why - it baffles me.
