No. However it is likely she had Royal blood. Her Great-Grandmother was Alice Keppel, favourite and long-time mistress of King Edward VII and the only one of his mistresses invited by Queen Alexandra to be at his bedside when he died. It is highly probable that King Edward VII was Camilla's Great-Grandfather. Furthermore, she is a descendent of the Plantagenet Royal House (though I am not sure through whom. I will do some research, and produce an updated answer.)

Assuming there are no further deaths in the Royal family- okay- if Elizabeth II dies tomorrow- Charles will become King Charles III- and Camilla will be his Queen consort- a crowned head- but not the same as a Queen Regnant like her mother-in-law.

She is Princess of Wales due to her marraige to Prince Charles, Prince of Wales. She chooses not to go by this name out of respect to, and to avoid confusion with, the late Diana Spencer, prevously Princess of Wales.

Yes she can be Queen. If Charles is still alive when Queen Elizabeth dies Camilla will be Queen Consort. Wither she is called Queen Camilla is another story.
