yeah ; he can go to the dugout and have the equipment man change his glove or any other piece of equipment that he uses. then after a pitch or two he can go out to the mound and have a meeting with the pitcher and all the infielders, until the ump tells him to cut it out.these can kill some time for the relief pitcher to warm up
You cant have two pitchers at the same time but during the game you can call time and swap the pitchers but the pitcher can not be catcher and the catcher can not be pitcher.
