Just about anything you put in your body is detectable therefore the question is not whether it is detectable, but rather whether it will be tested for. Chantix is an FDA approved (meaning its 100% legal) medication so there is no need for anybody to screen for it. Drug screening tests generally look for opiates, cocaine, marijuana and amphetamines though more specific tests can be found. Because Chantix does not fall into any of these categories, one need not worry about Chantix showing any "false positives" on the test. chantix is a drug, but it might not. Chantix makes you sleepy, so u shouldn't be driving anyway. :)

I take Chantix and I am also drug tested twice a week due to my recovery treatment. I have never tested positive
