∙ 12y agoIt isn't good for you according to doctors, i'd rather you don't chew them because it doesn't digest well. Most people assume this stuff but if they keep eating them they'll have problems with digesting things and may lead to surgery as the years pass by and they continuously eat them. They do taste good but i'd rather not.
