Yes, children can drink aloe vera juice or gel but make sure it is stabilized and 100% pure.

My son was 3 weeks old when I start giving him a few drops daily for his colic problem which helped him a lot. Since then he's been drinking it daily. He is 1 year old now. My other son is 3 years old, he also takes aloe vera gel daily, he likes aloe berry nectar. It has the same benefits as natural aloe gel, but has cranberries and apples added for the greater benefits. He has never been sick, had no runny nose in the winter, never got an ear infection. His immune system is very strong and I guess because of Aloe Vera Gel.
