Yes, in Indiana you can pay your child support monthly unless it is set up on a garnishment from wages. If your wages are being garnished, your child support will be paid when you get paid.

I'm pretty sure it means that child support has garnished wages and or is intercepting any and all funds that come from any source of the parent who has to pay lots of back support. This probably means that the parent didn't willingly pay on his/her own. It was taken by child support!
shure why not
Yes it could
It means that, in whatever is being decided, the fact of child support being paid or received, or in what amount, will not be counted in the decision. Whatever it is will be decided as if no child support was involved in the case.
The only limit to child support in California is the amount paid per month. Only up to 50 percent of their gross income can be garnished. The amount monthly will depend on the number of children and who pays the medical and daycare expenses.
It's recalculated based on a single child guideline. see links below
The person that claims to have paid the support.
Child support is paid to support the child and follows the child; it is paid to the child's custodial parent, or to a guardian. So if the mother has lost her rights, she is no longer custodial and therefore may no longer have charge of the funds. Child support will still have to be paid though and this time also by the mother, to the one now taking care of the child. If the child is being adopted you pay until the adoption is finalized.
