You first need to establish heirarchy of importance. Destroyed planet will equal destroyed people, but destroyed people equals pointless planet. Profit is a much less important subset of sustainability, which is governed by people/planet. The most suitable is the synergy of people/planet such as recycling or stock farming, which also has the capability of profit.
