Can cobra energy drink cause impotence?

There is nothing in Cobra that directly causes impotence. However, it can have metabolic effects that would contribute to impotence (low blood pressure, reduced nervous system response) if overused. It contains caffeine, ginseng (normally considered an aphrodisiac) and a substantial amount of sugar (hence the energy).

Some of the ingredients have toxicity concerns with prolonged use, such as inositol.
