Under US law, yes. A work is protected by copyright as soon as it is created, and it would be a violation of copyright to copy IN ANY WAY even an unpublished draft work without the consent of the copyright holder.
draft email particularly means drafting or writing an email which is of course an old word derived from "draft a letter". email draft means, an email written and saved in drafts folder of the mail account to send it later.

The 'Draft' folder in Yahoo email is where emails in progress can be saved for later access. This allows you to save long emails to finish later, or in case of computer glitches. Once you send the email, the draft version will disappear. To save an unfinished email, simply press the 'Save Draft' button next to the 'Send' button.

Technically this is illegal (a breach of copyright) - but if an author objected he would merely be entitled to ask you to 'cease and desist' (take it down). As long as you take it down when (if) you are asked - no problem. Most authors would be happy to give you permission to hang their poem, if you asked them. Why not email the author in question and ask?
Not at the moment, but it is frequently discussed. You can sign up for email updates from the Copyright Office in order to stay abreast of the issue.

All you have to do, is tap the email icon, then when your mail boxes appear, scroll down, as they appear twice. Scroll to the second set of them, then tap on the email account you wish to check for saved draft emails. If your server allows drafts to be stored on your handset, tap on the account then you will see your inbox, sent, draft, etc folders for that email account. You've found your draft folder, tap on that to bring up your draft emails that you composed but did not send. You can choose to edit or just send them if you do not need to edit them, or simply delete the draft email if you no longer want to send it. You will notice the draft has now been moved to the bin if you've decided to delete it, if you sent it, you will see it move to the sent folder. If you don't want to do anything with your draft, you can simply leave it in the draft folder. At least now you will know where to find your draft email(s). The above steps apply for all email accounts that allow a 'Drafts' folder to be created on your iPhone.
