Are fake nails bad to wear?
some people say it is bad because when the fake nails fall off it may also take a layer of you real nail off.... but to prevent that from happening you can put clean nail polish on before you stick the fake nail on so when the fake nail falls off it will take the nail polish and not the real nail
Can you remove the nail color from silk nails?
I would get nail polish remover without acetone in it. It helps take out the color, without ruining acrylics or other false nails. Also it helps protect your real nails as well. Hope this helps.(:
What is the best nail hardening polish?
If you mean what nail polish can you use to strenghten your nails: I have thin brittle nails. Over the years I have used every commercial "nail hardener" product out there, and none of them made my nails significantly harder. Getting acrylic nails is the only real solution I have found. After the initial treatment, they are only about $15 every 2-3 weeks, so you can have gorgeous nails without spending a lot of money. If you mean what is a good way to make my nail polish last longer: It's very limited. You can put a fresh layer of top coat or clear polish over your nails every day, and let it dry completely. This will help, but normally nail polish on your natural nails chips after 3-5 days, anyway. Again, acrylic nails will help here as well. Nail polish adheres to acrylic much better and will last at least 4 weeks on acrylic nails. i am told that no is it not because you lose the natural grease on more of the inside of your nail.
When you put artificial nails on do they grow back?
The artificial nails are put over your real nails. your real nails will keep on growing the artificial nails will not grow.

If the nails are acrylic, soak them in acetone. The acrylic will soften, if you put a couple of marbles or something of the sort in the bowl with the acetone and knock them around with the nails, it will help them to pop off.

When I take them off I take a toothpick and go in-between my real nail and the fake nail. It usually comes right off, but if it doesn't then try to put tape ontop of the fake nail and soak them in nail pollish remover.
Will school glitter work for nail design?
Not the best. You would have to use regular glue and it would probably come off pretty soon. Plus I'm not sure if glue is real good for your nails. Just stick to the glitter nail polish! ;)
Why do fake nails damage your real nails?
Because if you are using glue, the glue will just stick hard when you take it off, it will take of one layer of your nail. Also, the nail is trying to grow, and when its growing under the fake nail, it makes it harder to grow. I want them done? And I have read that they r not bad 4 u, but is that true.... My parents say that they harm you health apparently... but they don't believe me.... soz this ain't ur topic.. but i dunno...

Yes, just fine. Just be sure to use student grade (low quality) paints instead of artist quality. The artist quality ones have a more rubbery texture when dry and tend to peel off. Mix any color and use a clear topcoat to seal it (necessary). Be careful with yellows and oranges, they're more likely to stain your nails if you have them on for long periods of time. To prevent any staining, use a base coat to protect your nail.
