You should really ask your doctor, however both medications do different things. Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) is a muscle relaxant and ibuprophen is an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) Both are prescribed together sometimes. If the Flexeril is not your prescription, it is highly recommended that you ask a doctor if this medication is okay for you to take. There are other reasons why you maybe should not take it.
Since the ibuprophen is an over the counter drug, it is up to you if you want to take it. Even though medications are OTC, this does not mean they are harmless. In fact, if you do not NSAIDs with food, they can cause serious damage..even blood loss through your intestinal tract. Even if you do take them with food, sometimes damage will occur. Pay attention to any abdominal pain and changes in the appearance of your stools.

There is no relation between penicillin allergy and cyclobenzaprine allergy. There is no problem if you're only allergic to penicillin.
You will have an allergic reaction
There is no relation between aspirin or ibuprofen, and tramadol. If you are not allergic to tramadol, yes you can take this drug. But be cautious for allergic reaction.
