In a normal CD you can store up to 700MB of information, or around 60 minutes of Music saved in order to play in CD players. If you choose to save music in a CD as Data, you can play it on the computer but you cant play it on a CD player, yet again it saves space.
data is stored on a CD with etches every etch is a 0 every non etch is a 1.
You cannot change the data format once it has been written to the CD. You will need to write another CD with the data in music format to play in a CD player.
