its possible, but not all deaf want to become hearing...... There is a device called a Cochlear Implant, it amazing. i have one. its a miracle. :)
The Cochlear Implant puts a magnet into your head and it captured the extra sound and sends it to the cochlea which sends to the brain.

∙ 12y agoDeafness cannot be cured based on Current science and Technology. There are aids avalible to improve hearing but You cannot Become "Compleatly hearing" Hearing aids and Choclear implants have been improved and Helps many children and adults cope with their hearing loss. Over a Long period of time Hopefully there will be a cure. but there isn't always a disadvantage in being deaf. I am a deaf person I have only 40% of my hearing left I am 15 years old And I Blend Well with the hearing community. DOnt let it bring you down
