I am currently going through this whole puppie thing, I can tell you from what I have been noticing, A mother dog does not want to be away from her puppies for to long, She can get up and roam around but it isn't likely she will stay away from them, Unless she has rejected them for some strange reason, In which case you will need to do everything the mother does for the puppies yourself. But for short amounts of time it should be fine for the mother to walk around a little bit as long as she goes back.
Yes as long as its not storming out, dogs are fine
Ok, If your talking about dog pups, then YES!!!! Totally! If it's about seals, Pretty much. If your talking about wolves, Yep!
no, y would it? It could even help them.
We call baby seals pups.
Pups.
definitely yes because the females pups will be in danger
No. That's how she deals with the cord. If pups start bleeding from the base of the cord(rare), see her vet.
smaller than your hand when they are newborn
Usually a father dog does not know his pups
It is usually 5 - 8 weeks. but the bigger the pp the longer it feeds
in at least 5 months
I suggest keeping the male away from newborn pups. However our other males eventually get along fine with the pups once they are roughly three months or older.
