Yes. My black lab went to the vet for a limes disease shot and about a week later, got a little bump on his hip. We took him back to the vet and they said it was just an allergic reation. He got over it a while later.

its unlikely but just like humans can have bad reactions to them, dogs and pets can too. i would take them too the vet to have it checked out asap.
