yes if you are just buying those doors because they are cheaper you can put you electric locks and windows in the non electric doors
Electric doors?? Are you talking about door locks? If so, even though they are electric, you can still operate them manually. Disconnect the power to the door locks and they are then manual.

My truck does the same, everyone i have talked to says they cant go out all at once but i beg to differ, i replaced all mine for like $60 a piece for 4 doors and put em in myself and the work perfect now so the (Electric Door Actuators) need to be replaced in all 1999-2000 F350 and Excursions and im not sure why they do but they all stop working. hope this helps you, its usually cheaper to buy the stuff from a ford dealership then do it yourself or have someone else do it with the parts you bought.
