If you are talking about an actual drum set, then no, they can be made of metal, wood and other certain types of things. If You are talking about drums as in just something to hit to make a beat, anything may be of use. You technically could make a "drum set" out of anything you want, but if you want to play actual rock songs and stuff on it I don't believe you can.
