Possible? Yes, but very unlikely. Heroin and morphine are far more expensive than ecstacy (MDMA), and any dealer or chemist cutting his product with an opiate is not going to be in business too long. It just doesn't make fiscal sense. There are far cheaper fillers and adulterants out there than heroin or morphine.

Even when testing for regular opiates methadone will not show up since its synthetic, methadone will show up on a urine as methadone only if they are testing specifically for methadone. There is no way ecstasy will show up as methadone on a urine test, ecstasy does not contain methadone.
